Delivery zones

Free delivery on every order $1,999 and up throughout Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Leduc, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, and Devon. Smaller orders are delivered for a flat $99.

Flat-rate delivery to Calgary, Red Deer and Lethbridge starts at $299. For other Alberta locations, contact us for a quote.

Outside Alberta? We ship freight to most of western Canada on a case-by-case basis — call us before ordering so we can confirm pricing and lead time.

What white-glove delivery includes

• Two-person crew on every delivery.
• Bring the piece into the room of your choice.
• Unpack, perform required light assembly (bed frames, sectional joining, table leaf install), and level the piece.
• Remove and dispose of all packaging.
• Confirm you're happy with placement before we leave.

Lead times

In-stock items ship within five business days.
Made-to-order piecesship in 2–4 weeks for standard fabrics/finishes, and 8–12 weeks for custom orders. You'll see an estimate on the product page before you buy, and we'll update you by email at each milestone.

Returns

You have 30 days from deliveryto decide a piece isn't right. If you want to return it, just call or email — we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you and refund your original payment method within 7–10 business days of pickup.

The piece must be in the condition it was delivered, with all original tags and labels. Custom and made-to-order pieces, floor models marked "as-is," and clearance items are non-returnable.

Damaged in transit?

Inspect your delivery before our crew leaves. If anything was damaged in transit, we'll note it on the delivery receipt and arrange a replacement or repair right away. If you find damage after the crew has left, contact us within 48 hours.
