Every piece in our showroom is built to last decades — and we back it with a written 5-year warranty on structure and craftsmanship.

What's covered

The Trendz Furniture 5-year limited warranty covers structural defects and workmanship issues under normal residential use, including:

  • Frame failures (cracks, warping, separation at joinery).
  • Mechanism failures (recliner mechanisms, drawer slides, table extensions).
  • Cushion-core failures (premature loss of support).
  • Upholstery seam separation under normal use.
  • Finish failures (peeling, lifting, premature cracking).

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear (fabric pilling, leather patina, fading from sunlight).
  • Accidental damage (spills, pet damage, sharp-object damage).
  • Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or modifications.
  • Commercial use (we offer separate commercial warranties for trade clients).
  • Products purchased "as-is," floor models, or clearance items.

How to make a claim

Email warranty@trendzfurniture.ca with your order number (or approximate purchase date and name on the order), photos of the issue, and a short description. We respond within two business days.

Depending on the issue, we'll either dispatch our in-house service team for an in-home repair, arrange pickup for shop repair, ship replacement parts, or replace the piece outright. The decision is ours, but the goal is the same: get you back to a piece you love.

Most warranty claims can be avoided with simple care. We include a printed care guide with every delivery, and our showroom team is happy to walk you through care for any specific piece — call us anytime.
