Protected for a full year.

Furniture with a retail value of $1,000 or more is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Furniture with a retail value of $1,000 or more is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty period begins on the date of delivery or pickup.

Warranty Claim Process

Email info@trendzfurniture.ca with:

  • Invoice or invoice number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the defect
  • Your contact information

Our team responds within 2 business days.

Warranty Resolution

At Trendz Furniture's sole discretion, warranty claims may be resolved by:

  • In-home repair
  • Pickup for facility repair
  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement of the affected item or component

Transportation & Freight

Any transport, freight, delivery, pickup, or shipping costs for warranty service are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved by Trendz Furniture.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase at time of sale. Coverage and terms vary by product.

No Warranty on As-Is/Clearance

As-Is, Floor Models, Clearance, Liquidation, and Final Sale products are sold without warranty and are not eligible for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges.
